Rising Light

In the era of digital everything, it’s increasingly valuable to sit with your actual community members to connect and break bread. In partnership with Jasmin Shannon (@restory.breathwork) and Tasy Nicole (@tasy.nicole), I am honoured to host a small gathering to support one another in rising to our light. When we are centered, nourished, and connected, our potential is limitless. We are all the Universe experiencing itself so what happen within, happens with out. It is our privilege and responsibility to use our resources for healing.

On Thursday July 18 from 10am-2pm you will be welcomed into an inner city private residence (address and parking details emailed to attendees 2 days prior).

We will start with a guided breath work session with Jasmin before diving into a brief sharing circle with the topic of discussion focused on Recentering and Resourcing.

After enjoying a light canapé and vitality juice, we will get cozy on pillows and blankets to bathe in a healing sound session with Tasy.

Then we will all gather to feast on a professionally prepared lunch by me, that rides the edge of healthy and absolutely indulgent. (dietary preferences will be accommodated)

Tasy will be hosting 1:1 tarot sessions at this time that are around 10 minutes in length.

We will close out our afternoon with a brief intuitive stretch, then a sip of cacao while we close the final sharing circle with the topic discussion focused on Self Love and Community Uplifting.
